Steve Hailey and Associates have many years of operational experience working in, designing, and engineering, all technical aspects of the Red Cross National Disaster Operations Center in Washington, DC. Other Red Cross work included Critical Call Centers, Field Sites, Satellite Trucks, and radio systems.

Following the devastating earthquake in 2010, Steve Hailey (operating under a field level agreement with the UN WFP) was the first ever NGO ETC Cluster Coordinator. He ensured NGO and UN agencies had security IT and Telecoms in place for the response operation.
